Delivery (Shipping) Policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver within 3 km of the restaurant at 8/133, Opposite SBI Town Branch, Puttur 517583. The basket checks the distance from the location pin you share. We do not deliver outside this area or outside India. For addresses further away, please call us or choose parcel pickup.

2. Delivery charges and order value

• Minimum food value for delivery: ₹499
• Delivery fee: ₹49 per order
• Maximum online order value: ₹2,499
• Parcel pickup: no minimum and no delivery fee

The exact total, including any packing charge, is shown in the basket before you place the order.

3. Delivery hours and time

• We deliver every day during our opening hours, 7:30 am to 11 pm.
• Delivery orders are cooked after payment is received and usually reach you within 30–60 minutes.
• If you order for a later time today or tomorrow, we deliver at the time you chose.

4. Parcel pickup

Choose Parcel pickup in the basket and collect your order from the counter at the restaurant. Please show your order number. Pickup orders can be paid online or in cash at the counter.

5. Tracking your order

After you order, the basket on this website shows your order's status: received, accepted, being prepared, out for delivery or ready for pickup, and delivered. We call you on the number you gave if we need to.

6. Receiving your order

• Please give a full address with a landmark, share an accurate location pin, keep your phone on and be available at the address.
• Please check your order when you receive it and tell us about any problem within 2 hours (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
• If we can't reach you after trying for 15 minutes, or the address given is wrong, we may bring the food back to the restaurant. Such orders can't be refunded, but you can collect them from the restaurant the same day.

7. Delays

At busy times, or because of heavy rain, traffic, strikes or other events beyond our control, delivery can take longer. We will call you if there is a long delay. If we can't deliver at all, we cancel the order and refund it in full.

8. Packing and food safety

Food is packed hot at the restaurant and carried straight to you by our staff. For the best taste and safety, please eat it within two hours of delivery.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, including the delivery area and charges, from time to time. Changes are posted on this page, and the basket always shows the charges that apply to your order.
