Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit maarestaurant.co.in or order food from Maa Restaurant, Puttur, on this website, by table QR code, on WhatsApp or by phone. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them with our Cancellation & Refund, Delivery (Shipping) and Privacy policies.

1. About us

Maa Restaurant is a family restaurant at 8/133, Opposite SBI Town Branch, Puttur 517583, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh, India. We serve freshly cooked South Indian and Andhra food for dine-in, parcel pickup and home delivery in Puttur. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Maa Restaurant, and "you" means anyone who uses the website or orders from us.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or ordering with the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order online. You agree that the name, mobile number and address you give are true and your own, or that you have permission to use them.

3. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only when our team accepts it on our order board. You can follow its status on the website.
  • One online order can be up to ₹2,499 in total. For bigger orders, please call us.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if a dish has sold out, the address is outside our delivery area, the details are incomplete or appear false, a price was shown wrongly, or we are closed. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
  • Dish availability and serving times can change during the day. A dish shown on the website is not a promise that it is available at that moment.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the prices on our live menu at the moment you place the order. The total is always worked out again on our server from the live menu, so the amount you pay matches the menu.
  • Menu prices are final prices, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery orders have a minimum of ₹499 in food and a delivery fee of ₹49. Any packing charge is shown in the basket before you order. There are no hidden charges.
  • We may change prices, dishes and offers at any time without notice. A change never affects an order already placed.
  • If a price is shown wrongly because of a typing or technical error, we will call you before preparing the order. You can then pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Discounts and loyalty rewards are worked out automatically, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless the basket shows them together.

5. Payment

You can pay online through the Paytm Payment Gateway (UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet) or by UPI. Pickup and dine-in orders can also be paid in cash at the counter. Delivery orders are prepared only after payment is received. We never ask for your card number, UPI PIN or OTP; these are entered only on Paytm's or your UPI app's secure screen. Payments are also subject to Paytm's own terms.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery areas, charges and times are explained in our Delivery (Shipping) Policy. When an order can be cancelled and how refunds are paid are explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Food, allergies and quality

Our kitchen uses milk, nuts, wheat, mustard, sesame and other common allergens, and dishes are cooked in a shared kitchen. If you have an allergy or dietary need, tell us in the order note or call us before ordering. Photos show how a dish is served; portions and garnish can vary a little. Food is best eaten within two hours of pickup or delivery.

8. Use of the website

You may use this website only to view our menu, place genuine orders, follow your orders and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Place fake, prank or duplicate orders, or use someone else's details without permission
  • Try to break into, overload or disrupt the website, the owner portal or our payment pages
  • Use bots or scripts to copy content or place orders
  • Post abusive, false or unlawful messages or reviews

We may refuse orders from, or block, any phone number or network that misuses the website. We try to keep the website available and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Maa AI dish suggestions are for guidance only; please check the dish details and tell us about allergies yourself.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as heavy rain, floods, strikes, power or internet outages, government orders, or failures of payment gateways, banks or UPI apps.
